When I mention to family and friends that I’m working on an outsourcing training project, I often get mild spoken or unspoken accusations.
Why?
Because, in America at least, outsourcing has a bad reputation.
… something about “people overseas taking all our jobs.”
Well… I for one am happy to give my job away to someone else. In fact, without outsourcing I would still be working my day job.
Not only have I been able to get work done that I simply *couldn’t* do on my own… having others do it for me has freed me up to focus my time on higher-value business activities… and simply traveling and spending more time with my wife.
How are you spending your days?
While outsourcing isn’t about simply getting the cheapest workers possible — the main programmer for the Content Spooling Network charges $80 an hour — you would be surprised at just how inexpensive it is to have competent people working in your business for you.
Outsourcing is about getting the person for the task that makes the most sense for your business and your goals.
That is what the Outsource Mastermind is all about… training you to find and use outsourcers effectively. But we aren’t going to stop there… Each month we’ll release a new set of documented procedures you can hand off directly to your outsource workers. These will save you multiple hours each month.
The Outsource Mastermind will be opening up for new members on Thursday, May 22nd.
There will be 3 modules of core training on how to effectively *do* outsourcing. This will cover topics such as finding quality outsourcers to managing their work.
Then on a monthly basis, as an Outsource Mastermind member you’ll get a new set of documented procedures that can be plugged directly into your business. These marketing-related procedures will jump-start your outsourcing efforts as you are documenting your business-specific procedures.
Again, the doors open this coming Thursday, May 22.
Best Regards,
Chris Crompton
P.S. I don’t have a price for you yet, but a similar outsourcing training program was recently sold for well over $1,000.00. The Outsource Mastermind will be much more affordable.
