When I mention to family and friends that I’m working on an outsourcing training project, I often get mild spoken or unspoken accusations.

Why?

Because, in America at least, outsourcing has a bad reputation.

… something about “people overseas taking all our jobs.”

Well… I for one am happy to give my job away to someone else. In fact, without outsourcing I would still be working my day job.

Not only have I been able to get work done that I simply *couldn’t* do on my own… having others do it for me has freed me up to focus my time on higher-value business activities… and simply traveling and spending more time with my wife.

How are you spending your days?

While outsourcing isn’t about simply getting the cheapest workers possible — the main programmer for the Content Spooling Network charges $80 an hour — you would be surprised at just how inexpensive it is to have competent people working in your business for you.

Outsourcing is about getting the person for the task that makes the most sense for your business and your goals.

That is what the Outsource Mastermind is all about… training you to find and use outsourcers effectively. I’ll admit, many ebooks are crap. But you’ll often come across one that presents a great system that really intrigues you. But you simply don’t have the time to go through their system. What if you could hand the ebook off to an outsource worker for a few dollars an hour and get them to go through the program for you? I know some marketers who are doing this with great success.

2. Creating Your Documentation For You.
You may be under the impression that you’ve got to have everything organized before you can start hiring outsource workers. Wrong… Why not do a screen capture while you are doing your work and hand it off to an outsource worker to officially document the process for you?

3. Creating Your Next Product For You.
Give an outsource worker a simple-to-make video or an audio interview and they can quickly transcribe it into a special report or ebook ready for sale.

There’s obviously a multitude of additional uses for outsource workers…. all for one purpose — freeing you to make more money!

A couple days ago I completed the Outsource Mastermind training program for the “founders” who got in a month or so ago. The conclusion of the multimedia training was the release of a reliable traffic generation process.

This process was documented with screen-captures and descriptions for every step so it can be handed off directly to outsource workers. Indeed — I’ve got one of my outsource workers performing this traffic generation procedure for me as I type this!

It actually took a week of back-and-forth correspondence with my virtual assistant and a couple hours of final editing on my part to get this procedure ready for delivery to the Outsource Mastermind.

That’s the thing with business procedures… they can sometimes be painful to set up. But there’s no greater feeling once they are documented and running on autopilot within your business.

And that’s what the founding members of the Outsource Mastermind will be experiencing each month as I deliver a new tested procedure they can implement immediately within their businesses.

For the past couple weeks, I’ve indicated a vague launch date of the Outsource Mastermind for April 2008. Well, the launch date has been set… sort of.

This coming Tuesday, April 1, I’ll be doing a Private Launch of the Outsource Mastermind during a 24 hour “Founders” special.

The Founding Members who purchase into the Outsource Mastermind Community on April 1 will receive a lifetime membership to the Outsource Mastermind.

The official release of the Outsource Mastermind will be at least a month or so longer.

Why this 2-stage launch?

First off, I need testimonials. Wonder how products can have so many testimonials on opening day? Well, it is usually that the product owner gave access to some of friends who naturally write great things about the product.

That’s not my thing. I want real honest-to-goodness testimonials when I officially release. The only way I could think of to do that is to conduct a private launch of the product as I’m doing on Tuesday.
